Character Sketch - Steve Randle

There was many group members in the gang of the "Greasers". There was Ponyboy, Sodapop and Darrell Curtis, Johny Cade and Dallas Winston and one boy named Steve Randle.
Steve Randle was a seventeen year old "Greaser" whos specialty was cars. Steve was a smart and cocky seventeen year old boy, he was tall and lean with thick gresy hair.
Steve was Sodapops best friend ever since grade school. Sodapop and Steve worked at a gas station. Their gas station got the more customers than any other gas station in town Steve can lift a hub cab faster and quieter than anyone in town.
Steve always hated it when Sodapop brang his little brother, Ponyboy, along with them. Steve always thought and treated Ponyboy as a kid, and he thought that Ponyboy didn't deserve to come alond with him ans Sodapop.

Letter to Our Canadian Troops in Afghanistan

Dear Our Canadian Troops, April 20, 2008

Hello to the Canadian troops in Afghanistan. I am writing to you from the beautiful town of Tecumseh in Ontario. I am hoping that you and the rest of the troops are doing well in Afghanistan. I hope that the innocent people of Afghanistan are not being killed for no good reason and that they are safe and well. I am hoping that you do a good job out in Afghanistan and that all the troops com back to Canada well and safely. I hope that you, the person who's reading the letter and the troops are all okay.

Place Description: My House

Nice sunny afternoon, I look at the street signs. One says "St. Alphonse St" yet the other says "County Rd. 42". I look up at a grey house with three motionless cars sitting in the drive way. I see the black pavement leading up to the porch. I look up at the address, it says "12224". I look around and I notice an auto mechanic shop right next to the house on the right side, but on the left side, I see a plain, green grass and a lonely cherry tree in the front. I go toward the porch and take out my keys, and open the door. I go inside.

Inside, I saw a luxurious house with white walls and tiles that match the rest of the house. I look to my right side and see three great, comfy, brown couches, the same colour as he dining table and the shelf fight next to it, I walk to my let and see blank hallway. As I walk down it, I see two bedrooms, one to my right and one to my left. I walk in the one on my right because it looked as if someone older, someone who knows how to keep a place clean lived there, unlike the other who looks like is a realy messy person. I walk in and notice the warm, soft carpet against the bottom of my bare feet. I walk toward the bed and lay on it. The bed was so comfortable that I can sleep on it forever.

I notice a staircase as I walked out of the room, I decide to go down it. As I got down from the staircase, I see a big, 56" high definition television and three amazingly comfortable, brown leather sofas on my left. To my right, I see a room with a smaller television inside of it and a computer, I also see a bed that is not as comfy as the one upstairs but it's still good.

I decide to go up stairs. When I got up there, I noticed a window, so I looked through it. I saw a huge field in the back with a soccer net, a badminton net and a cement basketball court. I also saw two shed which held wood and supplies, but as I look, I see an orange, brown, and black Nike basketball to the right of the basketball net.

Character Sketch

It was a nice bright day to play a soccer game as two teams faced off at each other.

Everybody saw the kids and the referees walk on the field. The crowd was excited to see the two teams play. The referee called for the two team captains for the coin toss, one kid was tall and skinny , but the other kid was something different, his name was Strahinja Gajic, he was a really good soccer player. Strahinjas dark brown hair glowed in the sun as well as his dark skin.

As the game progressed, Strahinjas was having fun, but he wanted to win, he wanted to score a goal. So he ran as fast as he could toward the goal. His dark brown hair blowing in the wind with his tan skinned face was gleaming the sun, and then he remembering of his life's dream of becoming a soccer player for his families home country of Serbia.

He ran as fast as he could and shot it as hard as he could, trying to get the get the ball in the exact spot that he aimed at.

The suspense was great, he wanted the goal so badly . . . and got it! He ran in joy across the field for his amazing goal, knowing that he will go home with a victory.

My Incredible Trip to Toronto

We begin our journey at GTA (The Greater Toronto Area) were you could enjoy yourself to shopping from the great shopping centers to great restaurants. But the real excitement comes from downtown, you get everything your heart could possibly desire. You could relax in a five star hotel, were you get the best service and food. You could also relax and then go for more excitement. Then you could go see a movie at the imax theater were you'll get the best picture and sound quality.

Then you could go and see the blazing basket ball team of Toronto, the Toronto Raptors, or you could go see the heroic hockey team, the Toronto Maple Leafs, or you could go see some fantastic football from Toronto courtesy from the CFL(The Canadian Football League), the Toronto Argonauts.

Then finally you could make your way to the world famous CN Tower. Enjoy the view of the biggest city in all of Canada in a huge, amazing, super cityscape! While your up there you can enjoy the other activities that are up there. Once your done the whole day, why not watch the sunset in the CN Tower and enjoying the view and having lots of fun.
